The couple had a whirlwind romance and a fairy tale wedding six years ago. They have a six year old fashionista daughter Suri Cruise. Tom is shocked with this sudden development and has not talked to the media. Katie who filed for divorce intends to seek sole custody of their daughter.
Even though, Tom and Katie had signed a strong pre-nuptial agreement; Katie has made no mention of the same in the divorce papers filed by her lawyer. This is Tom Cruise’s third marriage. He was earlier married to Nicole Kidman and Mimi Rogers. This is Katie’s first.
