Cheesecake is light and fluffy cake. It is creamy and still not heavy and the flavours kind of explode in your mouth! But the best cheesecakes are the ones made at home. All they require is some perfect measurement of ingredients and time. Here are two easy cheese cake recipes one is a classic New York Cheese cake and the other a sinful chocolate one:
New York Cheese Cake
Ingredients
Kwork Cheese:800gm
Sugar:240gm
Egg: 180gm (3 Eggs)
Flour:40gm
Vanila Essence: 12gm
Method
Mix sugar and cheese in a bowl. While mixing, add eggs one by one into it.
Then add flour and vanilla essence and put the mix on the base of cookie crumbs in the mold.
Bake it around 45 minutes at 165 temperature.
For the Cake Base:
Digestive Biscuits: 150gm
Butter :50gm
Mix biscuit crumbs and melted butter. Make a flat base in the baking mold to bake.
Chocolate Cheese Cake
Ingredients
Kwork Cheese: 400gm
Sugar: 240gm
Egg :180gm (3 Eggs)
Flour: 40gm
Vanila Essence: 12gm
Fudge Sauce: 400gm
Method
Mix sugar and cheese in a bowl.
While mixing, add eggs one by one, add flour, vanilla essence and fudge sauce into it.
Put the mixture on the cookies crumb base in the mould and bake it for 45 minutes at 165 temperature.
For Fudge Sauce
Ingredients
Dark Chocolate :200gm
Butter:50gm
Liquid Glucose :75gm
Amul Cream:75gm
Method
Mix butter and chocolate in a bowl and allow it to melt by putting it in boiling water. Mix liquid and amul cream slowly into it with the help of hand blender.
For Cake Base
Ingredients
Cookies Crumbs:180gm
(for a choclate-y experience use chocolate biscuits)
Butter:15gm
Method
Mix cookies crumbs and melted butter. Make a flat base in the baking mold to bake.
