Palate Fest is becoming an iconic festival for Dilli-wallahs. I was bummed when I could not attend the Palate Fest in its first round and when the second, the Palate Mini was announced I coud not wait. And wow I am bowled over. Delhi sure loves it food and add to that a picnic light atmosphere, you could be anywhere in the world.

Palate Mini
Nitrogen red velvet ice cream
Azote has launched red velvet ice creams and the make them with nitrogen right in front of you. It’s amazing, delicious and satin smooth red velvet ice cream.
Haleem
I had haleem at Turkman Gate for the first time ever and it was melt in your mouth yummy. Haleem is a kashmiri breakfast dish made with 5 lentils and mutton which is cooked for 8 hours to become satin soft.
Hot dogs
Mama’s boy by Smokey’s was heavenly chicken hot dog served with some 5 odd sauces and a large batch of fries.
Cupcakes, sweets and more
We had cupcakes and some cake on the go. The desserts were amazing.
