The unity of the Indian film industry was prominently on display in Ayodhya as the sacred rituals for the consecration of the Ram Mandir commenced on January 22. A remarkable gathering of film stars, including Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal, Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Ayushmann Khurrana, and Ram Charan, among others, marked their presence at the ceremony. The convergence of these notable personalities from the world of Indian cinema underscored the significance of the event, showcasing solidarity and support for the auspicious occasion of the Ram Mandir consecration.
The actors and film personalities were seen posing for pictures during the ceremony. They were seated outside the main temple. Filmmakers Rohit Shetty, Rajkumar Hirani, actors Ayushmann Khurrana, and Madhuri Dixit Nene along with her husband Sriram Nene and producer Mahaveer Jain also made an appearance as part of the contingent from the Indian film industry at the ceremony.

In preparation for the ceremony, 30 artists, including renowned singers such as Sonu Nigam, Anuradha Paudwal, Kavita Paudwal, and Shankar Mahadevan, graced the temple premises with their devotional songs.
On Monday, Amitabh Bachchan, accompanied by his son, actor Abhishek Bachchan, departed from Mumbai for Ayodhya. Upon reaching the temple premises, the legendary actor was observed engaging in conversation with Arun Govil, the actor renowned for his portrayal of Lord Ram in the 1987 TV serial “Ramayan,” a role that made him a household name. Additionally, the Bachchans had the opportunity to meet with BJP MP Ravi Shankar Prasad and industrialist Anil Ambani during their visit to the venue.
It was such a divine feeling to watch the ceremony live.
