Shilpa Shetty is back to her glam self, the actress has lost all her pregnancy weight (Viaan fat as she call it). Shilpa lost some 20 odd kilos she gained when she had her baby and with determination she is back to her old self.
So how did Shilpa lose all that weight? The actress credits her metabolism and dedication. But here are some things you must follow from this yummy mummy’s diet:
- Shilpa does an hour of CrossFit four times a week and yoga once a week. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program which includes short intense workouts that exert you.
- She does not snack between meals and controls her portions.
- Shilpa is on a high protein diet and has Amla juice, fish, quinoa.
- She has her dinner maximum by 8 pm.
