Dalgona coffee was quick to grab people’s attention as the photos of this unique cold coffee concoction looked too delicious to be skipped. The coffee does look a little fancy but the recipe is actually quite simple and you can easily make it at home. If you are a coffee lover and do not mind swapping your cappuccino with a new type, then you must try this one.
Here is how you can make it at home:
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Instant Coffee
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 glass cold milk
- 2 tbsp hot water
- Ice cubes as per requirement
Method:
- Take instant coffee of choice, sugar and hot water in a bowl and mix it together until the mixture becomes fluffy.
- Take a glass and add cold milk and ice to it
- Pour the whipped up mixture on top of the milk and serve chilled
