Nothing screams brunching weather more than winters when the sunny mornings make you want to go out, eat and socialize. And the winter brunch at Pavilion 75, WelcomHotel Dwarka is all that and much more! The Chef has specifically kept the Dilli palate in mind and designed a master course of food and desserts that wow you. The extensive buffet has an amazing array of dishes from starters to desserts.
Ambiance: Located in one of the plushest properties of Dwarka, ITC WelcomHotel is a refreshing and classy hotel. Pavilion 75 of the restaurant gems the place boasts of. The restaurant has a lively aura and is still laidback for you to enjoy and relax with your friends and family.
Food to try: As we told you it is truly a lavish spread where you are spoilt for choice here are a few of our favourites we recommend you must try:
House smoked trout croissantwich is a lovely trout croissant, yummy till the last bite and the smoked trout ups the flavours beautifully.
The Indian food at Pavilion 75 is a big winner and the starters from the Chimte ke kebab to Malai tikka to Tandoori bangra are all mouth melting. Cooked decadently and high on taste. The Capital Winter Brunch also boasts of the biggest seafood grill in town with sesame tuna, salt and pepper black mackrel, chili garlic prawns on the half shell and mint spiked grilled shrimps, bacon wrapped prawns being the tastiest items we tried.
The Chef also served us Oyster on the half shell with a tomato mignonette now being a novice in the oyster area I tried one and it was a beautiful mélange of flavours and textures.
If you love your breakfast foods as much as I do, Pavilion 75 has the best red velvet french toast. Dunked in Nutella to take it to the next level of drool-worthiness! They also have a special fresh desserts counter and we tried the fresh fried doughnuts and churros with chocolate sauce. If accompanied by kids this is the best choice ever.
In the main course the gosht nihari stands out with the ideal spice blend. Butter chicken our much loved Dilli delicacy gets a thumbs up here.
The continental spread for main course is equally flavorsome with the Enchiladas and pulled lamb with potatoes being favorites. They also have an elaborate Asian spread with Chicken with peanut and chillies, Thai green curry, seafood red Thai curry.
The pastry chefs dessert bar is highly recommended with some great pastries, decadent cakes, and scrumptious Indian desserts. We loved the Rajbhoj in Indian desserts.
