A month-long celebration of kebabs you must visit!
As a kid, a lunch or dinner, at The Great Kebab Factory was no less than an achievement to show off. I distinctly remember how kids in school used to boast about the place because it was lavish and undoubtedly had the best Indian food across Noida. On my fist visit I felt no less than a child being treated as a royal and surprisingly the feeling remains same 20 years down the line!
The Great Kebab Factory turned 20 this month and it has an amazing way to celebrate the long journey with its epic food. So to take a trip down the memory lane we went for a dinner last week and here is why you must visit The Great Kebab Factory.
Décor: The Great Kebab Factory has about six outlets in Delhi NCR, I went to the one in Raddison Blu, Noida and the place is cozy yet opulent at the same time. From low lighting that gives it the perfect dating vibes to the stunning view of Noida overlooking its crystal blue swimming pool, it is beautifully made. The place also has outdoor seating which would be great for the colder months.
Food: As a part of their 20th birthday celebration, they have increased the number of dishes in their pre-set menu and also added an amuse bouche and soup to make a meal at The Great Kebab Factory even more elaborate.
The food is what makes The Great Kebab Factory a winner. From decadent, yet simple kebabs to melt in the mouth tikkas the menu has been perfected over time and is truly classic. I loved their mutton burrah and Galauti Kebabs. The Vegetarian Galauti kebabs also surprised me, made of yam (jimikand) they have a beautiful taste and intricate texture. In the main course I loved their biryani and they do a great daal makhani too!
Please do not miss their epic paan ice-cream in the dessert. And as a part of the celebrations they are serving about 7 desserts on the table!
