So when Circus opened doors in Cyber Hub, we went over to experience the Circus like magic. From dancing with a clown to having a bucket full of alcohol it truly was a magical circus like experience.

Ambience: Circus, located on the ground floor of the food paradise in Gurugram, Cyber hub. There is an open sitting when you enter that is perfect for the current weather. The inner area has vibrancy and looks ohh so pretty with a red and white striped wall on one end and mirrors on the other. The bar has a huge joker painted on the back with light works which makes it look awesome. The team at Circus has made an effort to boycott Chinese products and that everything used in making the place is made in India.

Service: The staff is warm and polite.

Drinks:  The drinks here are the boss. There are the signature balti drinks that are a must try. For me it was the old monk balti, the perfect winter drink and that too in a bucket size serving! One drink and you are ready to party. They also have great sangrias.

Food: The food here is desi twist to our forever favourites so there is a pizza but to make it yummier it has butter chicken as a topping. The vada pau’s are great. We loved the chicken 65 as a starter; it is tangy spicy dish that makes it the perfect starter with drinks. For vegetarians the loaded nachos which are a hotseller here are a must have.

In the main course I would recommend the dabba meals as they are a signature staple of Circus. While the best one for me is the Mutton Ghee roast meal, the dal makhani one is good too. The mac and cheese also comes with lots of recommendation, I love the bacon one as the cheese sauce has a flavour of bacon which makes it outstanding.

In the desserts their brownie,  that is almost flourless wins. In the Indian desserts the aate ka halwa, kheer are a must try.
