The Creative Kitchen at Radisson Hotel, Noida is a great visit
What makes a buffet lunch memorable? Well, the quality, taste, and variety of food are what makes you pick up a buffet and TCK at the all new rebranded Radisson is all this and much more. We went to TCK to try their enormous lunch spread and it was great. From good old Indian to cheesy Italian to Chinese, there is surely something for everyone.
Park Plaza Noida has been rebranded and is now under Radisson, to match this change all the restaurants have also been renamed. TCK or the creative kitchen is the main buffet restaurant which understandably is visited by the people who stay here.
Ambiance: TCK has a fun vibe to it, because of live counters and clean look this place looks alive. The restaurant looks out to their outdoor area. There is a bar, a salad station, a separate area for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food and lots of desserts. They also make delicious coffee if you want to sit for a while after your meal.
Food: The food has taken a turn for the better, the food is delicious and worth a visit. The variety here is the main forte, if you go in a large group everyone will find something they like to eat making it easier for you as a host. The starters are served on the table to ensure you get fresh, hot, crispy starters to satiate your immediate hunger. I loved the pizza and the lamb kibbeh. The paneer tikka was a favorite too.
The main course has some great variety, from cheesy ravioli that melts in your mouth to some beautifully made dal makhani. While I liked the dal makhani and mix vegetables, the nihari could have been better. The continental fare was good but could be a bit better.
The desserts here are yummy and need a special mention. From delectable tiramisu to thick yummy kheer, the variety and flavours made the dessert lover in me super happy!
