Enjoy the Parsi food this festive season in Made in India, Noida
India is a culturally diverse nation. There are so many different cultures, traditions and beliefs that are celebrated. With this in mind, last week Radisson Blu MBD Hotel Noida, hosted the Parsi Food Festival to celebrate the love for authentic and rich cuisines. The event took place in their Indian restaurant, Made In India.
On the 15th of October, there was a special and exciting master class given by the talented Master Chef Kaizad Patel. As he belonged to a Parsi Caterers family, he was always very passionate about Parsi food and wanted to take his family business ahead. After completing catering school, he joined the Ratan Tata Institute, where he expanded his horizon on Parsi Food. The Chef had shifted his kitchen outside for the day and taught us a few Parsi recipes. He also told us tips and tricks on how to get the perfect flavor.
The menu for the 10 day festival was specially selected by Master Chef Kaizad Patel himself. He had some of the most signature and authentic Parsi dishes, like Bhujeli Kaleji, Chapat Gosht and many more delicious dishes. Parsi food get its roots from Gujarati and Persian cuisines. Parsi food is any meat lover’s paradise.
The Chef told us how Parsi food is a mixture of different flavors. It has a diverse mix of sour and spice, hot and sweet. The soul of Parsi cuisine lies in the ingredients used to make these delicacies.
The festival took place in Make in India because it is the inventor of traditional cuisines and stimulates the cultural heritage for its customers with its mouthwatering food. It is an award winning Indian restaurant, providing us with different flavors from all around the country.
The event was organized by one of India’s leading education companies, MBD Group. They have successfully established themselves in the hospitality sector by its first venture Radisson Blu MBD Hotel Noida. Other industries they are working in are M-learning, E- learning, Real estate, Stationery, Magazine and many more.
