Wild Wild West is all about the amalgamation of two beautiful cuisines namely, Rajasthani and Mexican. This food festival marries two desert foods that are rich, spicy and indulgent under one food festival and it works beautifully. While the Indian or Rajathani part of the fetival plays up the rich chilli Indians love. The Mexican food relies on its own hotness that adds flavour to the food.
We loved the tacos, chilli rubbed chicken with couscous and guacamole, raj kachori and ghevar. These unique offerings are available in the open sitting at Blooms making the place a perfect conversation starter. We loved the laal maas, Guacamole and salsa with chips.
PS the cost of this food festival is 1999 INR but this also includes the lavish buffet inside blooms that ha epic salds, pizza, sushi and indian fare. Worth the moolah, if you ask us!
