Located right in the middle if the luscious green parks of Hauz Khaz lies this gem called The Project by Park Baluchi. What was a run down fine dining place a few years back has resurfaced as a happening food joint. The night we went it was cold but the heaters made sitting outside wonderful. With the pink glow from the lights it’s a delight to visit the Project. I’m sure it’s prettier with the sub streaming around!
While we got to sample a small menu the food here packs a punch! The drinks add a charm to sitting outside. Much like you would at a resort at a vacation only with better food at The Project.
We were served exotic and yummy thin crust pizzas topped with Peri Peri sauce above the layers of chicken and cheese to add a unique flavour, I had more than a few slices.
The sliders they do come in red, black buns served with a huge side of fries. They burgers have a small patty and a few vegetables to make then crunchy. But these go very well with drinks as they aren’t too heavy.
The chicken tikka, meatballs are great starters. The stuffed soya kebabs, dal pakwan, mushrooms are good too try once.
The service was quick. Will I visit again: This is the perfect party place to visit this winter or with family on a sunny winter morning.
