Holi is a festival of colours and some yummylious food like Thandai, Gujiya, Dahi Bhalle and more. This Holi add another stellar dish by Bharti Sanghi to your Holi party menu.

Ingredients:
2 glasses Milk
Half glass water
5 tbsp Rose syrup
½ cup Tukmeri seeds Basil Seeds-sweet basil
Method :
Soak the tukmeri seeds in water overnight.
Next day, drain the water & keep the seeds aside. Boil the milk till a little thick.
Cool the milk and add Rose syrup with water & the tukmeri seeds.
Pour in glasses ,add ice or vanilla icecream & serve.
