Ingrdients
- 4 large ripe bananas
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cup sugar
- 2 tblspn Desi ghee (ghee)
- 75 gm grated coconut
- 1/2 cup crushed walnut
Method
- Peel and mash the bananas.
- Now add milk in a pan and add mashed bananas in it. Cook it till the milk dries up.
- After the milk dries up and you have a thick mixture, add ghee in the pan and cook it well till the mixture turns brown in colour.
- Now add sugar, grated coconut, walnuts, and stir.
