Calzones are an instant party hit! Though making a calzone from scratch can be a tiresome task. Here is the easy way of making them. These are great for children tiffin boxes too.
Ingredients:
1 Frozen Parantha (Try Kawan flakey paratha)
3 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 cup boiled vegetables and cottage cheese (cubed)
½ cup mozzerella
Butter for brushing
Salt, pepper, chilli flakes, oregano (according to taste)
Method:
• Take a Kawan flakey paratha and place it on a greased baking tray to thaw.
• Spread thick tomato ketchup and sprinkle the spices and salt.
• Top it with dices of vegetables and paneer, as per your choice. TIP: you can add left over vegetables too!
• Lift one edge of the paratha and make a half moon by folding it.
• Firmly press the edges.
• Brush with butter.
• Bake for 15 minutes at 220 degree celsius or till golden brown.
