Try out this tricolour cheese cake recipe for your friends and family this Independence Day.
INGREDIENTS
1. Biscuit Crushed: 200gm
2. Butter Melted: 50 gm
3. Mascarpone or Cream Cheese: 200 gm
4. Whipped Cream: 100gm
5. Gelatin: 10 gm (Substitute China Grass)
6. Orange Crush or Orange Flavour: 20ml
7. Kiwi Crush or Kiwi Flavour: 20ml
8. Coconut Flakes: 30gm
9. Mixed Fruit Coulis: 50gm
METHOD:
• Take the crackers (I used Britannia cream crackers) and powder it coarsely. Add melted butter and mix well till it’s slightly moist.
• Dissolve gelatins in boiling water. Stir to cool.
• Using an electric mixer beat sugar and cream cheese until light, smooth and creamy.
• Whip the cream until stiff, fold in the whipped cream. Stir in gelatin.
• Divided above cheese mixture between 3 bowls.
• Add orange crush & Kiwi crush into cream cheese mixture & set.
• Set plain mixture for white color.
• Cut with round cutter or any shape the set cheese cake & dust in to colored coconut flakes.
• Make mixed fruit coulis adding sugar to assorted fruits, black grapes& plums to heat until thick sauce. Strain and use in to base of dish.
• Arrange as shown in the picture & enjoy a delicious dessert.
