INGREDIENTS:
• Curd – 1 small size bowl
• Cucumber – 1⁄2 peeled and grated
• Black pepper – to taste
• Rock salt – to taste
METOD:
1. Take curd in a big bowl and churn it to get a smooth consistency.
2. Don’t add water as grated cucumber contains a nice amount of water in it.
3. Add cucumber, rock salt, black pepper powder to it and mix it well.
4. Refrigerate it and serve chilled.
