Try the legendary Chandni Chowk Daulat ki Chaat recipe

When I tried the Daulat ki Chaat for the first time at Chandni Chowk I couldn’t believe something this tasty could melt in mouth! So when Chef Ajay Chopra shared the recipe with us we go super excited.

Ingredients
• Full-cream milk, unboiled – 1 ltr
• Double Cream – 250 ml
• Cream of Tartar – 1 tsp
• Saffron strands mixed with milk
• Caster sugar – 2 tblsp
• Pistachio – finely sliced
• Pinch of Pistachio Powder
METHOD
• Combine the Milk, Cream, Cream of tartar and Saffron in a large bowl and refrigerate overnight
• Blend the mixture in the blender and let it get frothy
• Keep removing froth as it gets created in the blender and layering it with castor sugar
• Repeat the process till the desired amount of Daulat ki Chaat is achieved
• Sprinkle chopped pistachio and pistachio powder before serving
