Often nude makeup is confused with nude skin but nude makeup is supposed to accentuate your looks by using a neutral to brown hues. Here is how to get the perfect nude look:
Step 1: Prep it up
For nude makeup you should always start with primer and also use mascara first before starting the makeup and once in the end.
Step 2: Nude shades to choose
Depending on your skin tone select your neutrals. Use a peachy undertone for fair skin as it makes the skin look alive. For medium complexions pinks add warmth and add a romantic feel. Choose caramels for darker skin tones.
Step 3: Apply the base
For a beautiful and natural effect, you should choose your foundation according to your natural skin tone. The colour shouldn’t be too dark, as it doesn’t look obvious next to the shade of your neck. Choose a foundation that is slightly lighter than your skin tone and apply to the rounded parts of your face: cheeks, bridge of the nose, chin and forehead. If you have darker skin, opt for a powdered foundation. Use powder blushes, highlighters and a soft brush to contour around the hairline, across the temples and around the outer perimeter of the face.
Step 4: Ideal nude eyes
For the ideal nude eye look apply matted eyes colours in pink, peach & caramel or sandy brown. It gives eyes a nude yet classy look.
Step 5: Sensuous natural lips
For natural pretty lips pick a shade closest to your natural lip shade. Apply and add lots of gloss.
