Benetint is love, check our review
The fabled Benetint by Benefit is at last mine! On a visit to the states I told my relatives to pick it up as the one at Sephora always seemed more expensive. I believe that some cosmetics are best left to abroad trips (yours or your relatives). Not only are they cheaper, I believe the packaging is new and the chance of getting an expired product is way lesser. So here’s how the famed Benetint worked for me
Price: I got mine as a gift! In India it costs about 2500 INR at Sephora
Claims: Benefit claims that benetint is their original rose-tinted stain is kiss-proof, see-through color for lips & cheeks that lasts for hours. Naturally sheer & sexy on all complexions…it’s innocent yet provocative. Originally created for an exotic dancer in the 1970s, benetint has soared to cult fave
status. It’s loved by celebs, makeup artists and gals around the world. It’s the sexiest flush you can get from a bottle!
Packaging: Packaged in its old school glass bottle with a soft white capped brush. Benetint is surely one delicately packaged product.
Pros of using Benetint:
I am hooked to this amazing product. It’s beautiful rose shade looks awesome.
You can build the colour slowly and get those pretty natural flushed cheeks look.
Looks great on my skin.
Lasts all day long. Once it sets it won’t go or melt in heat.
Perfect for Indian weather.
Great for daily use.
You can apply it with your fingers but I feel a kabuki brush works best on cheeks.
Cons of Benetint:
Expensive
Doesn’t work as a lip tint for me, it looks dry and patchy.
You have to be super quick with application or you will be stuck with pink stripes on the cheeks!
Difficult to buy as availability is limited to Sephora or an abroad trip!
Have to be careful with that bottle. One slip and its gone.
Rating : 5/5, it’s worth it to get that healthy pink glow
