The winners of the prestigious 61st National Film Awards have been revealed. Actress Sonam Kapoor tweeted “Congratulations to all the national award winners!!! All are so deserving!”.
Arshad Warsi and Boman Irani starer Jolly LLB won the best film award while on the other hand Farhan Akhtar’s Bhaag Milkha Bhaag won an award for Best Popular Film providing wholesome entertainment.

- Best Supporting Actress Award is shared by Amruta Subhash for Astu and Alia El Kashif for Ship Of Theseus.
- Saurabh Shukla gets Best Supporting Actor for ‘Jolly LLB’.
- Best Actor Award has been won by Rajkumar for Shahid and Malayalam actor Suraj Venjaramoodu.
- Best Director award goes to Hansal Mehta for Shahid.
- Bhaag Milkha Bhaag bags an award for Best Popular Film providing wholesome entertainment.
