The actor suffered from an injury onset and has now resumed shooting.
Actor Abhishek Bachchan suffered an injury after a freak accident on the set and was hospitalised last week for the same. His family members paid him a visit at the hospital and he later shared a picture on his Instagram account with his hand wrapped in plaster.
“Had a freak accident in Chennai on the set of my new film last Wednesday. Fractured my right hand. Needed surgery to fix it! So a quick trip back home to Mumbai” he wrote in his post, confessing it did hurt a little. Take a look at his post here:

His sister Shweta Nanda said he is the best patient ever and a lot of people wished him a speedy recovery. Abhishek soon resumed his shoot in Chennai. He will be seen next in Bob Biswas, a spin-off to Kahaani.
