Every year fashion trends post-Academy Awards change as we all wait to see what Hollywood stars are donning. This year there was a conspicuous trend at the 86th Academy Awards red carpet: Nudes. Women wore dresses that are very close to their own skin tone. All actresses tried to nail nudes, while some did great others did not have any such luck. From left, we have actresses Sarah Paulson, Julie Delpy, Sally Hawkins, Jesica Biel and Cate Blanchett.
Nudes can be tricky to manage and often women look washed out or pale in nudes.
Jennifer Garner, Jenna Dewan-Tatum, Angelina Jolie and Lady Gaga. It was the red-hot (?) red carpet look for 2014, apparently.
