According to Jiah Khan’s mother both father and son are responsible for her daughter’s death. She has also sent summons to Aditya. She wants that the action should be taken against both and not just Suraj Pancholi.
She further in an interview said that “Suraj hit my daughter and tortured her. I saw bruises on her body and the pain and humiliation she must have gone through. The evidence is with the police.
The action against Suraj was taken after Jiah’s sister found a letter that revealed a lot about the turbulent relationship between Jiah and Suraj. She mentioned in the letter that she had also been ‘raped, abused and tortured, which she didn’t deserve.’
Suraj Pacholi was arrested on 10th June and will remain the custody till 13th june on charges of abetting suicide
