Alia Bhatt gifts INR 50 Lakh cheque to her driver and helper:
Last week the gorgeous Alia Bhatt turned 26, she celebrated her special day with her family, boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor and some close friends as well. On birthdays we receive gifts but according to reports on her birthday she gifted two cheques worth INR 50 lakhs to her driver Sunil and helper Anmol.
She presented them with this amount so that they can buy their own house in Mumbai. Sunil and Anmol have already booked their houses in Juhu and Khan Danda. They have been with Alia ever since she began her film career, this was her way to show them gratitude and love.
Currently, Alia is promoting her upcoming film Kalank which is a period drama directed by Abhishek Varman. The movie also stars Varun Dhawan, Madhuri Dixit, Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur in leads roles.
Yesterday, a song from the movie was released and it has been praised by the audience. Alia and Madhuri Dixit’s jugalbandi is the highlight of the song.
Along with a picture of the song Alia wrote: “A song that gave me sleepless nights, days & months is coming very very soon.. I think you can safely say that I have never been SO nervous for anything in my life.. *screams frantically and hides under bed* You may have to send a search party to find me. Meanwhile, watch this space for more..,”
After Alia will be free from her work commitments she and Ranbir will have a vacation in the US.
They will be seen together in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra. The film also casts Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, Nagarjuna Akkineni, and Dimple Kapadia, it is a fantasy trilogy.
