Anant Ambani, the youngest son of Mukesh Ambani got engaged to Radhika Merchant daughter of industrialist Viren Merchant in a traditional ceremony at the family’s Mumbai home Antilia. The ceremony had a star-studded guest list, the whos and who of Bollywood
“Age-old traditions such as the Gol Dhana and Chunari Vidhi – followed for generations among Gujarati Hindu families – were conducted with great enthusiasm in the family temple,” the Ambanis said.
This evening’s festivities started with members of the Ambani family, led by Anant’s sister Isha Ambani going to the Merchant’s home to invite them and Radhika to the functions.

While Radhika Merchant wore a golden lehenga, Anant Ambani opted for a blue outfit. The rest of the family, too, were decked in shades of gold and blue.
During the engagement ceremony, Anant’s mother Nita Ambani gave a surprise performance.
After the engagement ceremony, the couple along with their entire family stepped out of their house to pose for the cameras. The family was decked up in beautiful traditional outfits.
