Arjun Kapoor writes a note for Janhvi for not being by her side on her Bollywood debut:
As Jhanvi Kapoor gears up for the trailer launch of her Bollywood debut Dhadak opposite Ishaan Khatter, her brother Arjun Kapoor apologized for not being ‘by her side’ and wrote an emotional note encouraging her for her first step in career.
Arjun wrote on Twitter, “Tomorrow you will be part of the audience forever Janhvi Kapoor cause your trailer comes out… Firstly, sorry I’m not there in Mumbai but I’m by your side, don’t worry. I just wanted you to know this profession is amazing if you work hard, be honest, learn to take the accolades with the brickbats, respect opinions, yet follow your own path & instinct. It’s not gonna be easy but I know you are ready for all the madness that will ensue,”
He with the note also shared an adorable picture of the family.

Arjun has been with the family and supported step-sisters Janhvi and Khushi ever since their mother Sridevi died earlier this year in a Dubai hotel. Sridevi was Arjun’s step-mother. He made sure that as a brother, he was always by his sisters side after Sridevi’s death news shook the family. Arjun is Boney Kapoor’s son with the late Mona Kapoor.
Janhvi Kapoor’s first film Dhadak is produced by Karan Johar and directed by Shashank Khaitan. It is the remake of Marathi film Sairat and releases on July 20th. “All the best for ‘Dhadak’! I’m certain that my friends Shashank Khaitan and Karan Johar have presented you and Ishaan Khatter as the modern Romeo and Juliet with elan,”he added.
