Twitter joined Ayushmann as he praised real heroes in the coronavirus crisis:
The coronavirus crisis has shown us the real heroes in this world, frontline workers are emerging as great heroes. As the pandemic fear continues to spread these workers have proven that no matter what they will be vital always. And a lot of people have taken knowledge of this fact. While it is the actors and players that earn the most, but the frontline workers are the ones who actually save our lives daily and they deserve all kinds of accolades.
Actor and singer Ayushmann Khurranna took to Instagram and Twitter to pay tribute to all these frontline heroes with a heart touching poem. He captioned the video: “This is for all the Frontline Warriors ~ fighting for us, saving us, risking their lives for us and our families against coronavirus,”

He recited a simple worded poem, Khurana can be seen addressing the general sense of fear that runs everywhere as he attributes the current crisis to “the collective karma of mankind.” The Andhadhun star then goes on hailing those who are still going out of their house to do their jobs to make things easy for those safe within their houses.
Through this poem, he has also urged everyone to give all the respect to essential workers. He writes, “Is desh ko gareeb hee chalata tha. Gareeb hee chalayega. Humein is samay bhi sab suvidhaaen gareeb hee dilaayega.
In one honest moment in the poem, he said “Hum sab Bollywood hero hain bas naam me.”
