Before the release of the Gangubai Kathiawadi film, the makers hosted a special screening which was attended by Bollywood celebrities. The lead actor of the film Alia Bhatt showed up at the screening in a white outfit along with Deepika Padukone. Both of them were twinning as they head to the theatre.

The film’s director Sanjay Leela Bhansali was also pictured at the screening.
Sara Ali Khan, Kriti Sanon and Janhvi Kapoor also arrived at the event.

By now we all know that Alia Bhatt’s upcoming film Gangubai Kathiawadi has run into legal trouble after several cases were filed demanding changes in the film. Now Supreme Court judge, Justice Banerjee, asked the lawyers representing Bhansali and company, to change the title of the film.
While the lawyers representing Gangubai’s makers argued that a name change is not possible a day before the film’s release, the cases filed against the movie could actually hamper its release.
Last week, Alia Bhatt was in Berlin for the film’s screening. She has been busy promoting it in Kolkata, New Delhi, and finally checked into Mumbai.
Gangubai Kathiawadiis slated to release in theatres on February 25.
