Deepika finalizes her next Hollywood film:
Bollywood’s Padmavat actress, Deepika Padukone, who made her Hollywood debut with Vin Diesel-starrer xXx: Return of Xander Cage, is all set to return to the franchise for its fourth installment, as per its director DJ Caruso.
The director on Twitter also welcomed Chinese singer-actor Roy Wang to the “xXx” family. And a user wanted to know if Deepika would be a part of the film on which he replied with a “Yes”. This confirmed her presence in the action-packed franchise. Further when asked if there were any updates on Deepika’s shooting schedule for the same, Caruso said, “Working it out, now script being scheduled.”
Deepika’s entry in Hollywood had created a buzz earlier too. Last year Vin Diesel and Caruso had visited India and were welcomed in pure desi style. The movie starring Deepika as Serena Unger had grossed over $300 million worldwide.
