Underworld Don Dawood Ibrahim is hospitalized in Karachi!
Fugitive underworld don Dawood Ibrahim Kaskar has been hospitalized in Karachi due to serious health complications, with speculation suggesting he might have been poisoned, according to reports. As of Monday, Ibrahim has been hospitalized for around two days. He is the only patient on his floor and his security cover has been tightened. As per sources, the security cover is so tight that only Ibrahim’s close family members and top hospital authorities can access the floor.
Additionally, there are widespread reports in the Pakistani media suggesting that internet services were significantly disrupted on Sunday across various regions of Pakistan. Users experienced challenges in accessing popular platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, and X, formerly known as Twitter.
Dawood Ibrahim, the alleged mastermind behind the 1993 Mumbai blasts and one of India’s most wanted has purportedly resided in Pakistan for an extended period. The tragic bombings led to the death of more than 250 people and left thousands wounded.
While Indian officials have consistently claimed that Ibrahim resides in the upscale Clifton area of Karachi, Pakistan has consistently refuted these assertions.
In January 2023, Ibrahim’s nephew informed the National Investigation Agency that he had remarried in Pakistan and currently resides with his family in Karachi.
“Dawood Ibrahim has a second wife, a Pakistani Pathan. Her name is Maizabin. He has three daughters Marukh (married to Junaid, son of Javed Miandad), Mehrin (married), and Maziya (unmarried), and one son Mohin Nawaz (married),” Alishah Parkar, son of Dawood’s sister Haseena Parkar, said in the statement, which is part of the charge sheet filed by the NIA in the case in November last year.
