The first look of Manoj Bajpayee’s character in National Award-winning filmmaker Hansal Mehta’s next Aligarh is out.
Manoj essays the role of a gay professor. The picture shows him as an old professor clinging on to his bag.
Hansal Mehta is also co-producing Aligarh with Sandeep Singh. Aligarh is based on the real life incident of a gay professor who was terminated from his job because of his sexuality. Rajkummar Rao plays a journalist in the film. It is slated to hit theatres late this year.
