Hollywood loves our ‘desi export’ Freida Pinto. But she has been at loggerheads with the Indian media ever since she made her debut with ‘Slumdog Millionaire’.
She says Indian media has a problem with her that she made it large! The Indian media don’t believe her flimsy excuse. Freida at the Cannes film festiva 2012, told an Australian newspaper that Indian media people are cruel! And their stories are so untrue or mis-constructed.
Even though she has no Bollywood films in her kitty, she will soon be seen in two Hollywood flicks. She is currently dating her Slumdog Millionaire co-star Dev Patel. The two are set to get hitched, rumour mills suggest.
For all the love Indian media showered on her during her Slumdog Millionaire days, she did not get good offers from Bollywood. Is it a case of grapes turning sour, Freida?
