Jiah Khan’s mother Rabiya Amin Khan is adamant about unveiling the truth about her daughter’s alleged murder. Rabiya conducted a sting operation on eight prime witnesses who said that Jiah committed suicide to police.
Jiah Khan’s mom Rabiya collected evidences from her sting operation on eight key witnesses. This might change the course of the case. Rabiya has submitted the transcripts to the Mumbai high court and has demanded a fresh investigation. She also alleged claims that these eight witnesses had changed their statement later.
Jiah Khan, who made her debut opposite Amitabh Bachchan in Nishabd was found hanging in her Juhu flat in Mumbai on June 3, 2013. Though an FIR was lodged against her boyfriend Suraj Pancholi (son of Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab), he was later granted bail.
Rabiya has at that time too accused him of rape and forced abortion. Speaking about the sting operation Rabiya also said that she knew her daughter was not depressed and she could not have committed suicide, but people kept saying things. And that she wanted to find out what is it that these people know but she did not.
