The controversy related to Jiah Khan’s suicide case is getting worse. After a verbal battle between Jiah’s mother Rabiyah Khan and Suraj’s mother Zarina, Suraj has filed a bail plea. Aditya Pancholi’s son Suraj Pancholi was arrested a week back for abetting suicide of Jiah Khan.
In his bail plea Suraj has accused Jiah’s mother, Rabiyah Khan, is seeking revenge. His bail application stated that, ‘Complainant (Rabiyah) is taking revenge for reasons best known to her.‘ Suraj’s lawyer C K Talekar, also alleged that Rabiyah is misusing her daughter’s letter which was found after her suicide.
Police has arrested Suraj on the basis of this suicide letter. Suraj’s bail plea also mentions that no-one writes a five-page long suicide note before committing suicide and his name is not mentioned anywhere in the letter.
