Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have got hitched at a fortress in the Italian city of Florence. The E! network, that runs Keeping Up With the Kardashians reality TV series, confirmed the news.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West got married in a private ceremony in the presence of family and friends in Florence, Italy. It is West’s first marriage and the third for Kardashian. The rapper and reality TV star were joined by several hundred guests at the 16th-century Fort Belvedere. The couple had arrived there by private jet after holding a series of parties in Paris. They’d spent Friday night celebrating at Versailles.
Reports say the wedding could earn the couple up to $21 million thanks to sponsors and sale of exclusive photos of the ceremony.
Kanye West had proposed to Kim Kardashian on her 33rd birthday in October last year at San Francisco baseball ground AT&T Park. The couple’s first child, a daughter named North, was born in June 2013.
