While launching her personal dietitian Rujuta’s DVD ‘Indian Food Wisdom and The Art of Eating Right’ in Mumbai, Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor finally revealed her fitness mantra. The actress said that homemade food keeps her healthy. She further added that her meal is simple Indian home food – sabzi, roti, dal, chawal, ghee.
Being a vegetarian she said that eating just some leaves and few vegetables is something she can’t survive on and it just doesn’t make her happy. The actress loves Paneer and always order Palak Paneer, Mattar Paneer with roti or rice.
Kareena, who was size zero five years back, begins her day with a banana milk shake followed by a cup of coffee.
