Kusha Kapila announces her divorce from her husband Zorawar
Recently, Kusha Kapila announced her separation from hubby Zorawar Singh Ahluwalia. The couple spent a time of 6 years together and got divorced on June 26 with a mutual understanding. After the separation announcement by Kusha, netizens have brutally trolled her for agreeing upon “sexual infidelity is not infidelity”, in an older interview with Karan Johar.

In the clip from a digital chat show ‘Social Media Star with Janice’, Karan tells Kusha, “We have to exchange our numbers and remember I’m on WhatsApp all the time. So, don’t iMessage me just WhatsApp me. If you discuss any kind of problem you are having with Zorawar then call me.” To this, Kusha responds, “I know he therapises people. I have watched enough Karan Johar content to know that he is everybody’s go-to relationship person.”
To this, Karan says, “I’m very good at giving relationship advices. The first relationship advice, I will say ‘break up’. The filmmaker jokingly adds, “And remember sexual infidelity is not infidelity.” Kusha agrees with his statement and says, “I believe that.”
Netizens are criticizing Kusha Kapila’s statement following the separation announcement, accusing her of supporting ‘infidelity.’
While netizens slam Kusha for this statement, she has also been facing continuous online attacks and being blamed for leaving Zorawar after getting fame and success. Since agreeing to sexual infidelity, Zorawar feels sad as she has been painted as a villain among netizens and in public. The exact real side of the story is still hidden but Zorawar took to his official Instagram handle and said that the decision of divorce was with mutual understanding.
He stated that it was a painful decision because their marriage and respect for each other were one of the reasons. Kusha being attacked online and brutally with a villain picture has made Zorawar sad as it was a mutually decided divorce where Kusha isn’t responding to any comment or online attacks.
