With divorce rumors swirling around their marriage, Malaika Arora Khan and Arbaaz Khan exclusively gave a joint statement on their current relationship status. At the beginning of this year, the couple’s separation speculations flew thick and fast but the two kept mum. Finally, they have officially confirmed the separation. Yes, the exe power couple clarified that they have chosen a different path and that doesn’t mean that Malaika is up for someone else.
In this statement to dna AfterHrs, both Malaika and Arbaaz slammed those so-called friends who gave air to malicious rumors like Malaika is divorcing Arbaaz as he is not financially stable or Khan parivaar has problem with Malaika’s lifestyle. The couple said that their friends created a confusing scene by speaking false on their behalf. They kept quite as this was an absolutely personal matter and this doesn’t give anybody the right to spread black about them.
The couple also cleared out that they are not separated due to involvement of some third person or the actress is seeking shoulder of her brother-in-law Salman Khan to cry. Malaika fiercely said that they are her family and such rumours are disrespectful to them.
They pointed everything carried on by media regarding their relationship baseless. The statement reads that ‘It is hard to talk about things as this is the tough time for both of us. We urge media to understand us and not believe in whoever your sources are.’
