Bollywood actress Manisha Koirala who was undergoing cancer treatment in New York is now free from the deadly disease.
The overwhelmed actress shared the news on her facebook page,” “I burst out crying when I heard ‘cancer free’. I still have a long way to go for regaining my health, slowly and steadily. With your prayers and blessings I received during this phase, I am sure that day too will come,” she posted”.
The actress also thanked her fans for their love and blessings and added” In gratitude for the compassion I saw, felt in so many… my old and new friends, my family, my cancer club members who inspired me with their spirit, my amma, bhagwan (god), family and you all my Facebook and Twitter friends, it’s your unyielding love that helped me! I call this as my ‘rebirth’,” she further wrote.
The 42-year-old Bollywood actress was admitted to Jaslok hospital in Mumbai after being diagnosed with the disease after which she flew down to the US for further treatment.
We wish the actress a very healthy life and hope to see her back on screen soon.
