Khan’s next movie is a remake of Telugu film ‘Stalin’ which featured Chiranjeevi in the lead. As in the past Salman’s Jai Ho is also expected to make it big at the box office. If you are planning to watch it over the weekend , here is the review
Director: Sohail Khan
Cast: Salman Khan, Tabu, Danny Denzongpa, Daisy Shah, Ashmit Patel, Yash Tonk, Sana Khan, Mohnish Bahl, Santosh Shukla
Story: Jai ho is a story of Major Jai Agnihotri played by Salman Khan who battles corruption and injustice prevailing in the society. However he has to face a lot of troubles in his mission like the anger of local powerful politician (Danny Denzongpa) who is miffed by his noble move. While he is battling against the evil politicians of the society, a silent revolution begins in the society. The voiceless public, he has helped in the past, is gathering force and finally has a voice which cannot be silenced.
Music: Sajid-Wajid’s music adds charm to the movie and the background score by Sandeep Shirodkar is also brilliant. Songs like apna kaam banta and tere naina are already a hit. Baaki sab first class hai sung by Wajid is also an upbeat number. Written by Sameer, this romantic track Tere naina sung by Shreya Ghoshal, Shaan and Shabab Sabr, instantly reminds you of Tere mast mast do nain from Dabangg. The garba song photocopy is very catch and will surely be a hit during the Navratri season.
Why you should miss Jai Ho: This republic day watch Sallu miya on screen because it’s worth a watch once.
Why you should watch Jai ho: It’s a typical Salman Khan film so if you are Salman fan don’t give it a miss. The chemistry between Daisy Shah and Salman Khan is also worth a watch. The movie is masala entertainer but a message-oriented one this time.
Special mention: A special mention about Daisy Shah’s glam quotient , Salman’s action scenes and performance.
Rating: 4/5
