Lawyer Rizwaan Siddiqui has sent a counter notice to Hrithik Roshan on behalf of his client Kangana Ranaut as he termed Hrithik’s demand for public apology baseless. The secret relationship was reveled this year when Kangana hinted Hrithik as her silly ex and Hrithik took Twitter to counter attack.
Mr. Siddiqui has claimed that if Hrithik has attended his client’s birthday party and Kangana has also attended his and his father’s birthday party. Is this not a social meeting? On what base Hrithik said that there was no social interaction between the two. And most importantly when Kangana says ‘my silly ex’, why was this man reacted on it? This proves that yes, he is that silly ex as she haven’t took anybody’s name. All this started when Hrithik recommended Sonam over Kangana in Aashiqi 3.
Above all, Lawyer Siddiqui also reveals to media that in the counter notice he imposed section 67 of Information Technology Act, 2000 which reads as follows:
Punishment for publishing or transmitting obscene material in electronic form.
“Whoever publishes or transmits or causes to be published or transmitted in the electronic form, any material which is lascivious or appeals to the prurient interest or if its effect is such as to tend to deprave and corrupt persons who are likely, having regard to all relevant circumstances, to read, see or hear the matter contained or embodied in it, shall be punished on first conviction with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years and with fine which may extend to five lakh rupees and in the event of second or subsequent conviction with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to five years and also with fine which may extend to ten lakh rupees.”
He also charged Hrithik with sections 499 and 500 of Indian Penal Code which deals with defamation and its punishment. Along with this, there is serious charge on Hrithik to cause unchastity to a woman under section 506 of IPC for which there is an imprisonment of 7 years with fine.
Kangana’s close friend revealed to a leading daily that Kangana wants to move on from this secret relationship but it was Hrithik who wasn’t ready to let her go. Soon after his divorce, he proposed the actress in Paris with a ring and asked her to keep it a secret, but Kangana has intimated her family about this. Hrithik also confessed before Kangana prior to divorce that him and wife Sussane sleep in separate bedrooms. Kangana has even shared her email password with Hrithik as she was very emotional for him. The actor has put a man to keep an eye on Kangana that what flight she is taking, what type of people she is meeting etc. etc. But, soon things became nasty due to Hrithik’s dual faced behavior. Kangana realized this and separated her ways. Now, sending this legal notice clearly means that Hrithik wants to threaten her. He asked for apology, but apology for what?
