From “paneer pakoda” to “Pizza” netizens trick their friends into changing Instagram usernames:
Pizza, that’s not just the name of my favorite dish but also my friend’s Instagram handle. Confused? Well, we tricked our friends into changing their user names recently. And a lot of people have such names these days.
Various people have been pranked by their friends into changing their Instagram names. in a recent challenge/ prank called “‘Instagram Name Change’, people are misleading each other to change their username to something funny. The funniest part is, you are asked to do it twice. And once you do that, you are stuck with the username for 14 days.
Let me give you an example, I sent this message to my friends: I’m making a video for work and I want you to be in it. Please set your name (name not user name) on Insta as your favorite dish in lower caps for example ‘Pani puri’ then change it to ‘PANI PURI’ in upper caps and take screenshots and send it to me. Send a screenshot s of both upper case and lower case.
I am not going to post it or something without checking so don’t worry. It’s going to be damn hilarious so please do it.
And once they do this, they are unable to change the username back to normal. While my friends yelled at me for the prank, but it was really fun.
