Raju Hirani is all set to shoot the biopic of Sanjay Dutt. Dutt is super excited for the film, though he hasn’t listened to the script yet. The reason for his excitement is young Kapoor who is applying method acting to this biopic. Ranbir will have to shed around 10-20 kgs for the first part and have to re gain some weight for the second schedule. Sanjay is helping Ranbir with his preparation.
Currently, Dutt is spending some quality time with his family before shooting schedules of Siddharth Anand’s action film, followed by the next film in the Munnabhai series. “But I am most interested in the biopic,” the actor said.
The Munna Bhai actor disclosed his instinct by saying that since he won’t be acting in the biopic, things will be little hard for Ranbir. He will need to grow his hair out, have to look lean at first and then beef up.
Well, Jr. Kapoor has dived head-on into the sea already and has four months time to top Sanju Baba’s look. In an earlier interview, Raju Hirani had revealed that the Sanjay Dutt biopic would release in 2017.
But, this biopic shall be controversy free. It will not include drug abuse and jail scenes. It shall be focusing only on family and love.
