Biopics are trending in Bollywood, after Bhag Milkha Bhag, Pan Singh Tomar, The Dirty Picture, Bandit Queen, Mary Kom and recently released Neerja, cine fanatics are eagerly waiting for Sarabjit, based on an Indian citizen who was abscond in Pakistani jail for no reason. He died there in lack of justice. Sarabjit’s sister fought for him since 1991 till his death in 2013. This powerful real life role is to be brought on screen by Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Aishwarya, wearing minimal make-up, sitting on a desk, lost in her own. Sources said that she did a lot of research and meetings with real Dalbir Kaur to live this character. Omung Kumar’s wife, Vanita also shared a picture of hers.

The biopic also stars Richa Chaddha, who is playing Sarabjit’s wife and Darshan Kumar, a Pakistani Lawyer. Sarabjit will hit screens on May 20, 2016
