Actor Salman Khan, dressed in blue, waved at cameras and crowds from a balcony with his sister Arpita and her husband Aayush Sharma at Mandi, Himachal Pradesh where the Sharmas threw Arpita and Aayush ‘s wedding reception. Salman’s brother Sohail and mother Salma also attended the reception.
The Mandi reception was held as Aayush’s father Anil Sharma is Rural Development Minister. The reception was community feast, locally called ‘Dham’, to which over 10,000 guests were invited. Arpita wore a red lehenga while Aayush was far more casually dressed in a blue jacket and sunglasses.
The couple also went to the Tarna Temple in Mandi. The reception preparations started over the weekend with a mehendi ceremony:
