Days after accepting his punishment and being granted an extra month to surrender, Sanjay Dutt has filed a review petition in Supreme Court challenging his jail term in the 1993 Mumbai blasts case.
Sanjay had initially agreed to go to jail and this one has come as a shocker! The actor has initially refused to file a review petition has now filed on and it will be up for hearing next week.
Sanjay was supposed to surrender on April 18, but he sought more time to fulfil his professional commitments. Sanjay has already served 18 months in prison during the trial.
