Here is why and how Shehnaz Gill lost weight during the lockdown.
Shehnaz Gill was one of the most popular contestants on Bigg Boss 13 and even though the show has ended, people still keep tabs on the former contestants and follow her work. Recently, Shehnaz shared that she lost weight during this lockdown phase and was happy to have done this as many people mocked her for the same.
The actress shared that she lost 12 kgs in six months and made only minor changes in her eating habits to achieve these results. She reduced her portions and removed non-vegetarian food, chocolates, and ice cream from her diet. She also said that she did not keep much variety in her food and ate only one or two food items a day, in every meal, meaning, the lunch and dinner looked pretty much the same.
Shehnaz shared that she is very happy with the results and does not bother herself with people’s opinions anymore. The actress also told that weight is a deciding factor in the types of roles a person is likely to land in the industry and hence it could help the land roles she prefers.
