Recently at a press conference of actress-turned-producer Shilpa Shetty’s upcoming film Dishkiyaoon , the actress told the reporters that there is nothing wrong in having a no-pregnancy clause in the contract, “I don’t think there is anything wrong with the clause. At the end of the day, we all are here to work and a lot of money is riding on the actors”.
She further added there is nothing wrong with the clause as at the end of the day, lot of money is riding on the actors.
Shilpa, who married businessman husband Raj Kundra, said marriage cannot be a barrier and end of road for any heroine as audience are accepting all heroines. Shilpa’s comments came against the backdrop of rumours that actress Vidya Balan is expecting.
Directed by Sanamjit Singh Talwar, “Dishkiyaaon” features Sunny Deol and Harman Baweja in the lead roles. It is slated for a March 28 release.
